Mount Opera House rules


Nylon costume Policy :


For your own health and safety, appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times when using the park's attractions and if wearing inappropriate attire, you might be asked to change or leave the premises. If you wish to buy nylon costumes, we have a selection of nylon clothes in our counter . Please bring your own that fulfill our clothing policy. We also have nylon wear available for purchase.
Clothing shall not indecently expose parts of the body, be transparent, or display obscene or offensive pictures and slogans.
Regular diapers are not permitted in any pool or attraction.
Management has the final call on which attire is suitable for water park

Inappropriate costumes :


Includes & is not limited to:
Inner Garments / Underwear
Street clothes, long flowing clothing scarves, sarees and underwear will not be permitted.
Shorts with protruding designs or accessories on the back e.g. rivets, wetsuits
Long necklaces, jewellery and chains
Any clothing or accessory deemed as potentially damaging to the slides

Safety and Warnings :


Please follow the guidance and instructions of Park employees and lifeguards at all times.
Be aware of the depth of water before entering a pool.
Strictly followed No diving signs displayed around the water bodies.
Please do not run around the park.
Glass bottles or containers are not permitted in the park.
Please don't swallow the pool water.
Please change diapers in the bathroom, not in pools
Please take children on frequent bathroom breaks;
Please wash hands with soap and water after bathroom breaks/diaper changing; and
Please wash thoroughly before swimming.
Signs indicating various height restrictions shall be in water park.
Swimwear with zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation are not permitted. Expectant mothers are not permitted to take the rides..
Never form chains.
Riders must wait for the attendants start signal before starting the ride.
Do not run, dive, stand, kneel, rotate or stop in the slide.
Do not cross lanes on exiting. Be cautious walking as surface is very slippery. For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride this slide. Do not block the end of the slide.

First Aid :


Mount opera Park is fully equipped to offer first aid in case of an emergency, where professional nurse provide you the best service. Wheelchairs will be made available at first aid center. Lost & Found
We have a Lost & Found desk located at exit gate. In case you find something, please deposit the same here. In case you lose something, be sure to check with us. However with the sheer number of Guests in the Park, we cannot take a guarantee for your belongings. Please be careful with your cameras, purses and mobiles. Tip : Carry minimum, Secure what you carry. Locker Rental
Lockers are available for rent to secure your belongings.
Locker Sizes: 15/17.
Deposit: INR 100, and Rent: INR 20

Parking Area :


Do collect the Parking tickets while entering the Park. The Parking ticket is valid only for 1 day.
Though our Parking is planned for large crowds and we have enough space, it is going to be on a first-cum first serve basis.
Mount Opera Management is not responsible for any loss or damage of vehicle in the Parking. Do not leave any valuables in the car, (specially something visible on the seats)
Please follow all safety and directional signs in the Parking area.
PET ANIMALS are not allowed in the park, For the health and safety of your pet, please do not leave your pet in your car for any length of time while visiting the park.

Ride restrictions
Each attraction has its own set of restrictions. It is important to note that several rides restrict loose articles such as GoPro cams, selfie sticks, glasses, mobile phones, chains & mangalsutras, pens, cameras. Loose apparel like scarves and dupattas need to be taken off or tied, secured and tucked in. Sarees, hijabs and turbans are challenging in roller coasters and high speed rides like Scream Machine, Nitro, Dare to Drop, and Deep Space, Guests must follow safety and security guidelines as shared staff members.
Safety
There are extensive safety and security requirements for the Parks, and for each attraction within. For safety and to avoid injury, guests must comply with the instructions displayed and adhere to health and ride requirements posted at each attraction. Please follow the warnings and instructions given by staff and ride operators.
Please be aware of any health risk that may apply to a ride / slide / attraction / activity. This may include: heart problems, back problems, high blood pressure and pregnancy. This can also include those who have fainting spells, blackouts and dizziness.
All rides are installed and maintained as per international safety standards.
Seating & shaded areas
There is ample seating available across the Park. Several queue areas for attractions are shaded.
Security
Mount Opera maintains a list of restricted items, to ensure the safety and security of guests. Guests must follow safety and security guidelines as shared staff members at all times.
